AnyDesk remote desktop
AnyDesk remote desktop
AnyDesk lets you take control of another computer remotely. This means you can see their screen, access their files, and even fix problems as if you were sitting right in front of them. IT Professionals use it to troubleshoot problems on employee computers, install software, and provide technical support without having to physically be at the employee's desk. People working from home can easily connect to their office computers to access files and work seamlessly. To make troubleshooting easier Chat is included between two clients.

Central management console
Manage license, clients, IT teams and create custom builds online within my.anydesk console. Depending on your license you can use session requests and send links through mail, while keeping track of past and upcoming requests in the console. AnyDesk Assist (Ultimate Cloud license) allows you to create, track, and manage Session Requests within AnyDesk client or my.anydesk II console. Users with AnyDesk installed can simply click the "Request Session" button. This automatically sends a help request to the support team, making it easy for them to assist you.
Screen Recording
It is a new feature in addition to existing Session Recording. It allows you to easily capture your screen activity even when not in an active remote session. Unlike with the Session recording you can pause it and it records local screen instead of the remote one. Some of the use cases would be creating tutorials and demos or to capture and share your screen while troubleshooting software issues with colleagues or customers.
Custom builds
You can define various custom clients with different options and features withing my.anydesk console.
AnyDesk offers two types of Builds for deployment:
Static Builds are fixed configurations, meaning settings selected during the initial Build process are embedded into the client. If changes need to be made after deployment you need to create a new one. Static Builds are best suited for environments with minimal configuration changes.
Dynamic Builds (Central Management): Dynamic Builds, on the other hand, allow real-time updates. When using Dynamic Build, you can adjust settings, permissions, and Address Books on-the-fly from a central management interface without redeploying the client software. This flexibility makes Dynamic Builds ideal for environments with evolving access needs or configurations.
By using key-value pairs you can customize it more by setting Unattended Access or if client should be used only for incoming connections, whether you want to disable settings or start recording automatically.
